I was the same way. I used Mint for 9 years until 20.something came out and
lacked hardware support that I needed. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS w/KDE desktop is much
more beautiful and smooth than Ubuntu of 10 years ago w/GNOME desktop.
Anyone else have a suggestion for him? He upgraded Mint and it's no longer
recognizing his built-in ethernet card. ("Network cable unplugged.")
