According to the May 2019 edition of ELIST.RPT the mod is/was Dallas Hinton at 
1:153/715.
Mind you he also seems to be the Co-Mod as well.

If you want to take it on and there is traffic go ahead assuming Dallas does 
not mind and judging
by his message I would 'assume' not.
