Do you have your setup  configured properly?  Your dropping DTR
and hanging up the line then exiting ProComm?  Still, when you exit PC+,
it should let the Comm Port go.  It's either your setup or you modem
isn't letting the port go.  I run both QMPro and ProComm+ and have no
problems when I switch, or go to use PCAnywhere.
