In the preamble to the Constitution where it says, "secure the
blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity". Currently, that
statement is not being honored in law.

"The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their
offices during good behaviour,"
This gives authority to the people to remove judges from the bench,  if the
judges are found out of good behavior.
