I have a 7 hour variance here (MST7 - Arizona USA) and Binkleys callhist log has them as 7 hours later. I corrected the problem by setting (in Binks.cfg the TZ=MST0) TZ variable to zero. I presume this forces Bink to use Local system time when processing the call history file, as incoming calls are always time logged properly. Maximus also time logs the call properly.
