Silvern Castle is a game for the Apple II series, similar to Wizardry but written almost entirely in Applesoft Basic. It's been around for a few years but the guy who wrote it keeps updating it. The latest version, v9.2, is available here: http://webpages.milwpc.com/finkjc/silvernc= astle/ and on the 30th of April he just announced that he'll be releasing version 9.3 shortly. It's got Wizardry beat hands down, there is a menu where you can customize the game to way the way you want to play it. It requires an Apple IIe/IIc with at least 128k or a IIGS. You can download either an SHK file, to expand to a 3.5 disk, or a HD image for use with an emulator.
