When I first tried to do a splash screen, I had just that problem.  Then I
saw that not only had I manually created one copy of the splash screen form,
but that Delphi had automatically created a second copy with the usual code.
So I deleted Delphi's automatically-created line, and all was well.  When I
read your note, I hastened to "options" to make your suggested change.
Surprise, Delphi had detected my deletion and had already moved the splash
form to "available".  Isn't Delphi smart !
