JB>Does the 10th Amendment not reserve powers not given to the federal
JB>government to the states?
RP>No, it says:
RP> The powers not delegated to the United States by the
RP> Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved
RP> to the States respectively, or to the people.
RP>Interesting you should forget "the people" in that, and the 9th
RP>Amendment as well.
Interesting it is, but was it unexpected? Something tells me
he's behaving exactly according to form, as we all expected.
BTW a friend (fiend?) gave me a copy of Win95, so I'm trying out
a bunch of new stuff that is windoze based. I'm not sure if he's
trying to convert me or subvert me, the guy has a sence of humor
similar to mine.
