I don't think I know enough about modems to understand this.. But it's okay..

I never got either of those files..
I can't call Supra BBS it'd LD but I do have Internet access so I can go on 
the web page or FTP site..
When is the 336 Flash ROM update gonna be available?
I have an Internal SupraFAX 288i which I just purchased after christmas.. It 
has the newest beta Flash-ROM. Will the Flash-ROM update work for mine?
