It's hilarious and fascinating you should celebrate a drop
in white birth rates.  Talk about being a "suicidal fanatic"! :-)

However, not all white couples will stop having children.
I'm sure the birth rates in "red" states will probably
stay up (pardon the pun.)  Yep, no need for me to pay
big bucks for fertility clinics. :-)

Including many of the non-white fathers who currently are
being imprisoned for their failure to pay for the welfare
