There's no motivation to plant orchards any more.  If a project doesn't
have immediate turn-around it's deep sixed.

this is a corporate problem.  What with one thing and another they have to
maximize the quarterly profits or get fired.  Period.    This means that
some
one doing something that loses money now but will make money later is fired.

(Shrug) I don't care.  I'll still be here when things change again
