:-) Nothing will be patched to the executable at all if you do it this way.
You only create the specific language files with this command, which you after
that can patch to the executable.
So first run:
BTUTIL32 LNG key E language.txt english.lng
And then:
BTUTIL32 LNG patch bt32.exe english.lng
