Actually I've heard Bell Atlantic has a better attitude to
customers than NYNEX who seems to think it is OMNIPOTENT hich is
potent with omni in front as Earnestine says.
In CVanada a lot of cellular subscribrs have found they have been
asked for $500 or $1,000 security deposits, usually due to
previous cellular payment problems.
I thought i might be asked for one when I signed up and was
pleasantly surprised I was not asked for one.
In Canada, with my carrier, overseas calling is something you get
only after several months of satisfactory credit history with the
carrier. I have had it at times but had it put on my line say in
the morning and when I got in touch with my overseas party, had
it removed forthwith.
This helps prevent fraudelent use from cloners.
