I can see such a view, though I will say that I considered his
method to be one of trying to collect more facts, and then to
present them, using their truth to overpower more emotional
views. Not a bad expression of men's values of facts over
feelings.

Well, I'm not big on the crime and legal shows, though my S/O
likes the original CSI show. But, that doesn't cover courtroom
action. Its about the techies.
