Since we're talking about a legal definition, I'd suggest
you try Blackstone.

The Court has ruled otherwise:
TORASCO vs WATKINS, 1961. Justice Hugo Black wrote the
following in the majority opinion: "Among religions in this
country which do not teach what would generally be
considered a belief in the existence of God are Buddhism,
Taoism, Ethical Culture, Secular Humanism, and others."
