A {Commo} version that would work under Winsock, including Win95 DUN would
be most excellent! Especially if a 32-bit version were available which
could do dial-on-demand with DUN.

They had to do something to convince everyone to buy a faster processor and
more memory. It makes you wonder if the hardware and software people are
in cahoots.
