| subject: | Outbound not `seen` |
Hi Craig, -> RICK SNYDER wrote the following to ALL, and I quote (in part): -> RS> I do have a few files in my flags directory, that I don't remember -> RS> seeing with the previous version of Binkley I was using, -> RS> Binkleyterm W32 ver. 2.60, and I don't know if this has anything -> RS> to do with my problem they are: -> RS> Btrescan.01 -> RS> Btrescan.bsy -> RS> Btrescan.dmp -> RS> Btrescan.flg -> Delete these files and restart Binkley. They were created by the shared -> outbound function. -> RS> I also have this file in my Outbound directory that was generated -> RS> by Amax from an event in Binkley.evt to force a poll to my -> RS> mailserver: 0a350005.clo -> Nothing ammis with it, it is a crash flavored poll packet. -> RS> Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong here? -> Nothing that _I_ can see. I finally got things working, and so far I like it alot better than the plain vanilla BW32. What I finally ended up doing was using my old event file,(with some modifications), and Henk-Jan's config file, commenting out everthing that had to do with OS/2, DOS, and Task #2, (since I'm using Win'95), and finally I was able to get it to answer BBS calls,(via BBS BATCH), and also "see" mail in the outbound window. I was also able to get the FREQs working again, so I guess I'm all set,(famous last words :-) ) Thanks for answering my cry for help :-), Rick --- Big Ted 2.0 for Wildcat/5* Origin: A Nightmare on Ossian St. http://206.106.145.5 (1:2613/703) SEEN-BY: 396/1 632/0 371 633/260 267 270 284 371 634/397 635/444 506 728 SEEN-BY: 639/252 670/218 @PATH: 2613/703 5 140/1 396/1 633/260 635/506 728 633/267 |
