Well its not a bank, on the box it says "The First Hess Truck" on it i
looked it over thre is only one thing wrong with it it has a fuel hose
on the side and the nozzle isnt there anymore (hmm wonder how that
happened:)  I know it came from the north because my grandparents got i
t for me, and that was when they (and me) still lived in New York, but
the year im not sure about. Thanks for the help
