Well Gail, we may disagree when it comes to Trek, but I'm right behind you here!
Avon made Blakes 7. The show wouldn't have been half as interesting
without him. Vila was indeed interesting, but hardly inspiring. If Vila
had been in command, they would have taken the Liberator and hidden in some
obscure system until they all died of old-age.
BTW: I always thought that ORAC was the brains of the outfit. ;-)
