You've only begun to learn here. :-)

Look at this thread for example: 40% of children born
to white women are out-of-wedlock.  A significant fraction
of those are for women who make the father pay for a child
he clearly doesn't want.  We both as adults can ask
ourselves: What person would want to create a situation
like that?  (I'm not being judgemental of only the
woman, for now, but just looking at the situation.)

Add in the nasty divorces, the rates of marital infidelity,
and it's clear that most people can't be trusted.

You and I may get up on our high horse and declare:
"This is the only way people should live!!!" but
the pragmatic reality is that most people at
some time in their lives may need to check up on
another person just to put their mind at ease sometimes.

My wife, on the other hand, doesn't worry too much about me.
She says I'm too sweet to do anything bad (that's
NOT a compliment. :-)
