funny... i never heard of that when i was in va. beach some dozen or so
years ago... i spent the majority of my time on the strip... worked in
several of the bars as a cook and definitely did my fair share of drinking
in them... then again, if i wasn't walking with my friends, we were on
beach cruisers... especially in the summer... my car stayed at the hotel or
the apartment 90% of the time... this is all only during my time not
employed by a computer oriented company who shall remain nameless...
