LP> Clinton Proposes Drug Testing Teenage Applicants For Driver's
LP> Licenses
LP> October 19, 1996, Washington, D.C.: President Clinton proposed a
LP>new federal mandate on Saturday to require teenagers to pass a drug
LP>test before receiving a driver's license.
LP> Stating that a driver's license is a "privilege that should not
LP>be available to those who fail to demonstrate responsible behavior,"
LP>Clinton directed the Office of National Drug Control Policy to come up
LP>with a strategy to implement nationwide drug testing for all teen

If this goes through I will predict that in 5 years everyone who gets a
DL will be tested.
Within 10 years it will be required of everyone to get insurance
(health, auto, life, ect.). With respect to auto insurance a urine
sample will of course be required as a part of filing an accident
report, and if you fail naturally the policy would be void.
Within 20 years the test will be required of anyone trying to get
credit of any kind or to open a personal checking account. This could
include such things as having a telephone installed or renting an
appartment.
Looks to me like there could be big money in this. I'll have to look in
to some stock.
