You might be able to "reflect" the signal in to yourself. It is common
in Mountainous areas for TV broadcasters to put large reflectors that
appear to be blank signs to reflect (and redirect) their signals.
Totally passive, meaning no power requirement at all. A smaller size
reflector could possibly be "aimed" to get what you want.
