A MUCH more feasible scenario might be...

Two Lesbians get married in Boston.....

Visit a Sperm Bank and one of them get's artifically inseminated and
pregnant because they want to raise a child (Notice no moral
judgements here folks!!).

The "Mother" of the child is perfectly justified under this logic in
demanding the identity of the sperm donar so she can persue the man
and make him live up to his responsability and pay child support.

You write this one down guys....... I am telling you it's GONNA
happen!!!
