Hello Ed,
EV> When I connected the 4TB'er to the XP Desktop, XP never saw it.
I've had issues like that too and what I did was make several smaller paritions
on it and then I'm sure WindowsXP will see it.
A bit of a pain but then it'll work with older hardware.
