Interesting. I did not receive any Email reply either after several requests. 
For me the last time I bought Supra, only because of their (now) bad customer 
service.

Would you be so kind to post the Fax number here? To wait in queue on the 
telephone is jus too expensive from Spain.

I will try to get the data-pump upgrade, but for the rest I am really through 
with them. Next time it will be a USR.
