 As asked... say it was a conspiracy on the part of the gummit. What
can anybody do about it? Politics suck. Everybody knows it. Corruption
runs amok... unchecked. It's a fact of life. The only sort of bad
doing that ever gets any notice is what gets caught and then at the
expense of the taxpayer to 'investigate' and then nothing is ever done
about it. Oh a few scapegoats fired here and there but nothing more.

 Let's remember how long the most corrupt amoral institution in the
world has been in existence.... and how this gummit is is fiercely loyal
to it. Eventually monsters of corruption fall- but only by their own hand.
Won't happen in our lifetime though. And chances are something else
equally monstrous will replace it.

 That is the sort of thing our founding fathers here fought against.
The Absolute Power of the King. Methinks certain Bush Bootlickers have
forgotten about that with his 'you're with us or against us' This
latter attitude smacks in the face of what democracy is supposed to be
about. What freedom of choice within reasonable limits for all, is supposed t
to be about. ((I mean freedom with responsibility; accountability
rather than the amok garbage going on now where criminals and pesky
telemarketers demand 'their rights' ....))
