That's why I'm not going to dedicate a line to dialup; just going to spring
for the CommStation 9000 and a distinctive ring number.  The CS9K will pay
for itself in under three months.  I'd also like to have a fax number for
dealing with the VA (they love to fax paperwork all over) and to have for
other dealings in my professional life.

Besides, I'll switch to feeding Fidonet via POTS once I get it (really!)
and perhaps you and me to POTS for Fidonet if we're feeling really
sadomasochistic.
