The Austel Couriers will happily accept the US 0123 CID code, but the modem
then does nothing except issue OK, regardless of the command entered.  By
the same token, my US Courier won't accept the 061 SDL code at all (and in
both cases, the 2-byte country ID was altered to suit the intended model).
