I guess I'd be 'any age'. :) I'm a Venturer in Montreal, Quebec, and
also a Cub leader. I think that Scouting is more or less similar
wherever you are, since it's based on the same ideals and goals. Of
course, some things may be different because of weather conditions and
such.
My most recent camp was two weekends ago. I went up to Tamaracouta
Scout Reserve with my Venturer Company, and we camped for a weekend.
There was still snow on the ground, so we went for a little
snowshoeing. I can't really say we did much more than that; I'm always
looking for good ideas to do at camps, because after a while, I don't
have many ideas anymore.
I don't think I've attended any major Scouting events, as in any event
with a lot of groups involved. I have camped with many troops and some
Venturer Companies, though, and I've done a lot of types of camping,
though not all. I've done hiking, bike camping, winter camping (snow
shelters), week camps, cabin camping, and so on.
