I had this problem with my M11F. It was down to poor mfg Q/C - there were
drops of loose solder floating about inside, and probable dry joints. The
modem frequently crashed in hot weather, and only ran properly upside down
(or without its top cover), near an aircon vent. Took two motherboard
replacements before it was fixed.
