That was a bad choice of words on my part.
When a card seems to be running out of polyphonic notes, I always
liken it to running out of breath.

I do have a Yamaha PSS 680 on long term loan, but THAT is only
12 note polyphonic, and I assume the sound card is about 16, even though
it doesn't mention polyphony in the tiny hand book.
