I believe that Jimmy, (Sotty), and Dee, (Doc McCoy), are both
about the same age, within a few months.  They are the oldest.
Shater and Nimoy are also pushing the mid 60's I believe.  The
others the mid to later 50's and early 60's if I recollect.
This off the top of my head cause I haven't seen the age chart
in a while.
 
They are getting a little to old to be believeable as active
Starfleet Officers except possibly Chekov and Sulu, then they
might be close to the end of their space faring days and ready
to fly a desk somewhere.  IMHO we've seen the last of the TOS
crew in space.
