   I have a Sams book titled "Learning Basic" (597 pages) that deals with 
Power Basic and it included version 2.10g of PB (3.5 720K). It will compile 
programs to an exe.  The book deals with Power Basic lite but seems to cover 
most everything. There is also a card in the back which will allow you to 
upgrade to the latest version of PB.  I called and it was $69 to upgrade.
If you or anyone else is interested in this I would let it go for $ 32.50 
prepaid by money order and that includes shipping.
