If you observe a pool table by bouncing pool balls off pool balls then
Heisenberg is right, if you observe it using light that's not powerful
enough to affect the pool balls then he's wrong. Heisenberg describes a
limitation of technique.

It's all in how you observe, if the object can't be observed directly then
observe it indirectly, you can tell a lot about a pebble by observing the
waves it makes when it hits the pond.
