Tell her to make sure she gets lots of water down the dog.  She could use a
squirt gun to shoot it on her tongue or for my cats I've used a hypo
without a needle to get them to drink extra water when they were sick. 
Shoot it into their mouth and they will of course swallow it.

I take it she's searched the yard to make sure there is no more poison
laying around or food or bones or anything that might be poisoned.
