subject: Question

DB>those hidden music files that come with games such as Railroad
DB>Tycoon and Transport Tycoon so that they can be played without loading
DB>the game? I don't even know if they are *.mid or *.mod, but some of
DB>them sound quite good.
These are obviously MIDI files (I recognized the sounds of my
Gravis Ultrasound :) In some of the games you can find .XMI files
which is a MIDI file format. There is plenty software you can
use to convert these into .MID files :)
Few games use the .MOD format.
But some load their own samples into the GUS. That's cool :>
