I don't know that. What I know is that an estimate of 16,000 people per year
out of our 80 million die due to wrong medication and an estimated total of
25,000 due to mistreatment in general. And everyone needs to be either in the
public healthcare system or a private one. In the public system you pay 10% of
the price of your medicine, but at least 5 Euros and no more than 10 Euros per
box. In the private system it depends on your contract and maybe also on your
lawyer, but if it's vital, they're gonna end up paying 100% of it.
But buying pills on the streets? I don't see why anyone might want to do that.
Even if you're addicted to something, you'd better go for a free rehab program
instead.
