    Yes there is a manual.. all original packing.
    
    It is in very good condition.. a few small scratches that are hard to
    see unless you are looking for them.
    
    Output is 5 watts max with 13.8 VDC supply.  Low power is
    3.5/1.5/.5 selectable.  It has special power saver/turn off functions,
    48 memories, 10 DTMH Cahnnels, scan functions, more.
    Size is 1.9 x 4.1 x 1.4 inches, 9.9 oz.
