You know more than me, so you may be able to help with my problem.
My modem is a Avtek V32+ and it will not connect to a Netcomm M34F.
It cycles through the handshaking until the 45 sec. are over.
I did sent it to Netcomm to fix it how ever what the did was to no
avail. Here is the previous profile:
