I doubt that medicine prices went up that much due to the ACA, it's probably
some patents expiring and they need to make sure to make everybody change to
some new stuff before someone starts producing the one with the expired patents
for 1/10 of the price.
And it's funny for me that you mention Wal-Mart, in Germany supermarkets are
not allowed to sell medicine and to become a pharmacist, you need to graduate
at a university.
