Thanks Dave.  I have 3 windows, Program manager, Quicken CD for
Windows and Tax Quotes which is the active window.  It fills the
screen with the bar at the top and the left border (by the "-"
button on the bar) is at the left edge of the screen.  The right
border of the bar has the Minimize and Maximize buttons and the
right border of the Quotes window is next to the right side of
the moniter screen.  This border cuts through the help and cal-
cuator buttons, and between the low and what should be the volume/
News column.  When I move the Quotes Window to the left the whole
window moves, but not the relative position of the Border as
described above.  If I grab the border with the curser, it does
not move. The "move and size" options do not seem to have any
effect either. If I atempt to change the size ofthe Quicken CD
window I'm popped out of Quicken.
I also have a size problem with Tax Plan window. Its right and bottom
borders are well off the screen.  While I haven't been able to change
the size of this screen, I can move the data in the window about.
I hate to fiddle around with my fonts since the other screen are fine.
I just loaded FS5.1 and found that my Video card doesn't cut it.
Perhaps that's my problem here.  Thanks again for your comments.  Ron
