If you're running WFWG, try disabling 32BFA. If this cures the problem, an
updated RMM.D32 driver will get 32BFA back up and working for you.

VLM or Netx? You ought to try the former with the /MX parameter. But lsl,
ipxodi and friends ought to have no problem going high.
