My Office 2000 came with SR-1 out of the box but I did read up on its
installation on the Microsoft site.  Two to three hours at 28.8 appears to
be the expected time to download this baby and that is a long time.  If I
still had to do this with my trusty modem, I probably would have timed out
at least once.:-(
