it is definitely a flash player setting... go to your control panel and
look at the flash player settings there...

yes definitely... and if one is on a slow link, not even pulling that crap
makes the net and site very snappy... if one has to pull all that mess
down, the pipe gets clogged with poo and no one wants anyway... i prefer to
be fast and snappy than overloaded with poo that needs to be excreated ;)
