ReadMe for Apple II Hybrid Disk Collection

A Hybrid Disk is a disk that has more than one file system on it. In the 
days of the Apple II there were 4 Apple II file systems available.

I have gathered a small collection of hybrid disks for these, and some 
utilities as well that can be used in conjunction with these, and placed 
them in this collection.

Most of this is available elsewhere on the Internet, although a couple of 
pieces from Dan Wallace like the CP/M Hybrid Disk are rare.

Please read the documentation including the documentation on the disk images 
for more information.
