The plan is actually alive and well, thank, but no published yet. I had to
devote my first efforts to the LDSG web site since the sponsor there pays
for the whole SNIPPETS site.

I'm still no making any promises for a publication date, but the new site
does exist, although not available to the public, and is making headway.
One reason it's taking so long is that the whole paradigm of the site is
turning around from what's it's been in the past. That, plus I'm starting
to do a lot of new things with PHP that I hadn't tried before.
