Sorry Paul but women are not losing us jobs that
are out-sourced.
They ofetn do not do the job as well as men; but
that is not the issue: if the employers thing
that women are not doing the job so well they
can sack the women or choose not to employ
inferior staff of whatever sex.
The real problem is that women are taking men's
jobs while still expectinmg men to hold down a
job and bring home the dinner meat - else he is
not a real man.
If the women were put back in the home (where
they belong) there would be no unemployment. In
UK the average working week is 56 hours. If
those 16 hours over the odds (it has for long
time been consisdered that 40 hourds is the
standard working week) and handed them out to
the unemployed - there would be no unemployement
(and, under this circumstance, we would not have
to stop women working).
