Weirdest thing...
I'm using the IDE for PB 3.0 under OS/2 Warp 3.0, and the programs compile
fun and run OK for the end user.  But, weirdness prevails in only one
regard:
The command$ is always null, even when I set up data for it within the IDE.
This only happens under OS/2.
Weird, huh?
What have I done wrong?

ps:  I even wrote a simple program which does nothing but check command$ and
     print the results.... it's always blank.  But, outside PB's IDE, it
     works great.  So, this only happens when editing/compiling the program
     within the IDE itself.
