yes, i did that and when i booted from the diskette set it kept asking me
to put the cdrom into the machine.

after i looked at the log file is produced on the diskette (number 3, from
memory) the client kept trying to find a server called "pick 12 od
characters at random". i gave up reformated the diskettes and started
again .. sam problem.

at then moment this same machine is a netware client happily talking to the
server and a couple of other clients.

i am at a loss, the documentation mearly states the obvious .. make the
diskettes, plug in the cd, boot the remote and install .. ummm
